Music for very young children

Music for very young children is a individual/group music lesson that teaches music theory, piano exercises and reading music. All this is done through the use of stories (the narrative) and songs. Benefit of narratives:

- Piano lessons are fun and enjoyable
- Music concepts are easy to teach, and good piano technique, easy to maintain
- Note and rhythm learning can be structured through story events

Our own original songs are used in our piano courses for very young children.

The Children’s Piano Course

The Children’s Piano Course offers one of the most comprehensive piano courses available today. Like all the courses in the Harman Music Methods, it is based on the Music Framework, a 15-year research project by a prize-winning graduate from the Royal Academy of Music, London.

The course includes a unique approach to developing a child's sight-reading, rhythm, and technical proficiency. Although based on a classical music education, the student works with many different styles of music including classical, popular jazz, and music pieces chosen by the student herself: music from films, nursery rhymes, traditional songs, etc.

The Piano Course For Adults
